Our Approach

Rooted in body,
expression and depth.

Trauma-Informed

All our work is grounded in trauma-informed and trauma-focused frameworks, including Somatic Experiencing®, Integral Somatic Psychology®, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness®, and Polyvagal Theory.

Somatic & Body-Based

The body is the primary site of change. We work with awareness, presence and embodied emotion, not just with insight and narrative.

Experiential

Real change happens through direct experience. We work with image, movement and expression, along with language and analysis.

Person-Centred & Inclusive

Honouring each individual's unique needs, pace, and way of being in the world. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, sex-positive, and hold a social justice stance.

Evidence-Informed

Combining artistic practices with depth psychology, somatic research, and rigorous therapeutic frameworks including Jungian and mindfulness-based approaches.

Collective & Relational

Healing happens in the collective container of care. We create communities of practice and safe relational spaces, not just individual transformation.

Testimonials

What people say.

"The Arts for Promoting Mental Health course has deeply helped me understand aspects of myself. Grounding and resourcing techniques are so valuable — after these classes, they've subconsciously become a part of my life."

Aishani · Student, Azim Premji University

"Strong listening skills coupled with clarity of thought makes Bhargavi an accessible and sought-after coach. What struck me as collaborative was her openness to receive feedback and her hunger to better understand the person."

Rajiv Purohit · Design Head, Nicobar

"The retreat was a mix of learning and creativity. It helped each of us discover something new about ourselves, each other and the organisation. Very lively, well put together and very well organised."

Advocate · A Law Firm, Bangalore
